Jumper from a constant live fuse like #4 (power is from the "top" blade of the fuse socket) to the pump fuse (connect to the "bottom" blade inlet of the fuse socket.
This will bypass the pump relay and charge the pump directly.
You should take the back seat and the cover panel off first. With the pump charged, you should easily hear the high pitch whine of the pump. If not, check the wiring to see if power is reaching it. You won't be able to see the pump, but when you open the access panel, you will see the wiring and connectors right there.
If power ISN'T reaching the pump, you will have to start tracing backward. Just remember that when you are jumping to 32, you're already bypassing the relay, so the relay is NOT causing the lack of power.
If power IS reaching the pump, then....
When my pump went, luckily it was in the driveway. Got up one morning, and it wouldn't start (just cranked and cranked). Had to test it electrically as I don't have a fuel system pressure tester. Glad it didn't happen on the highway or somewhere that was a bigger PIA like where your car is now...
Good luck!
