2002 9-3 Driver's side front/rear window not working

The driver's side window of my 2002 9-3 SE is stuck down and won't come back up. The back driver's side stopped functioning as well. I am using the center console power window switches - sunroof, locking and passenger side windows work fine. Note: the rear seat control on driver's side back doesn't work either. Is the center console window switch bad (that controls all windows, lock, sunroof)? If it was bad, wouldn't the rear door switch still work? I'm wondering if all window controls go through the switch pack in the console. I tried changing the front window fuse which didn't change anything. If it were the fuse, I would think both front windows wouldn't work though. While trying the window switch, I can see the interior light faintly flicker as if it's trying to do something, but nothing happens with the windows.
