My daughter said it sounded like someone was pounding on the hood just before it Quit.We added gas(she said it was low) and after much cranking it started and ran very poorly for less than a minute.The fuel pump is ayear old and is working.(hear it when key is turned on and pressure at fuel rail) The dic was replaced in Jan. Testing it the plugs fire but looks weak the after burn looks weak also.Starting fluid did nothing when I tried that.Could it be the dic again and what would cause its to burn up so soon? the car has an automatic and 222000 miles.
