In most of Euroland it is illegal to drive a car w/o rear fogs... They are a life saver in bad weather...

I know I am asking too much but if only all our drivers learn to use headlights in bad weather /rain (lawe in most states) I would be happier.
There is nothing scarrier than a car than seeing a car w/o headlights on in heavy rain... See and be seen...
