Not according to crash test results. 2009 Honda Accords have a 3-star rear side impact crash test rating (which is much worse than a 330 or a 9-5) and there's no excuse since the Accord was recently redesigned. Incredibly, Honda's Accord actually went down in rear seat crash test performance compared to the prior design -- name another car that did that!
