Do you know the actual code? On a T7, a bad bypass valve will often throw a P1110 code. You can test the valve by taking length of clean vacuum hose and connecting it in place of the vacuum line on the bypass valve. Then try blowing and sucking on the hose. You should not be able to do either. If you can, replace the bypass valve.
