I've got a 2001 9-3 that I bought needing a head gasket and turbo (yes, the price was right). After replacing the turbo (with known good used) the car still smokes upon moderate to heavy boost. It doesn't smoke when boosting, but lets out a plume of smoke when the pedal is released. Just for fun, I tried leaving the oil cap loose when driving and it doesn't smoke at all. Could this still be the turbo seal? The car appears to have the pcv6 update as well. Does anyone have any ideas or have a similar experience? Thanks in advance!
