I think in this particular situation the risk would outweigh the potential benefits.
From my experience those head gasket sealers almost never fix the problem and more often than not they leave some nasty residue when you do change the head gasket. I tried this one and will never do it again.
Also, In a turbocharged application your really going to risk a lot. The little polymer balls are going to circulate thru the entire coolant system including the turbo and water pump. I personally would not want to risk damaging a turbo by filling it with "high tech polymers". just wouldn't be worth it to me.
My advise: Do it once, do it right.
