Steven - Thanks I'll replace it with a regular rubber bushing.
Any advice on what can be causing this damn rattle? It happens at any speed - from parking lot speeds to highway driving - is slightly metallic and sounds like it is coming from the wheel well. When I jack up the car and take the wheel off, I cannot visually identify any obvious wear or damage, and I can't replicate it by hand. I used to live on a bumpy cobblestone street and over the course of driving for a couple of years, it went from a minor rattle on on the passenger's side on only the harshest bumps, to something constant on the PS and starting on the Driver's side. As I said, new shocks, sway bar bushing, control arm... What else is there to rattle down there?
