Yeah! Check the plastic fuel line for a kink. Replace one on a 93/900s and had to reconnect the banjo fitting several times to get the fuel line straight to keep it from kinking. Best to pressure gauge check the fuel supply system. Might be the check valve is stuck open. For now, wait several second with the key on for the fuel pressure to reach correct P.S.I. My 89/Volvo wagon and 91/900s has to be started this way. I'll will check my system later this winter. I just don't like doing any fuel system work inside the shop. I always wet the new fuel filter with gasoline before replacing. I've heard that "sometimes" they can rip when the first gasoline hits the paper after the first pressurizing. Don't forget to check your spark plug gap, since cold weather can be hard on electrical parts.
