Cheaply on ebay and such. The dealer can program the transmitter and remote part, and probably get the key cut too. Or just bring your VIN to the dealer and have them order a key from the factory pre-cut, then they just program the remote part. Don't bother with the old-school key/banana remote thing unless you actually like it.

FWIW, I paid $35 from a dealer for a cut key, then about a half-hour labor to program it.
