I'm stumped, I can't understand why you would have boost until the engine warms up if your oxygen sensors are both functioning properly. The coolant temperature sensor does seem plausible though. Have you verified the BPC valve is functioning properly yet?
You might consider visiting jakstollperformance.com to get Jak's phone number, he can almost certainly help you track down the problem. Also, have you read through previous posts on the subject? There have been several people with low boost problems that were the result of various problems. You'll spend a great deal of time reading through posts, but you'll gain a great deal of understanding.
