The two pulleys you list are for different locations on the engine. The first is for the upper tensioner and the second is the lower idler. The top has grooves and the bottom doesn't.
If you are looking for deals try Amazon. I picked up a Gates upper pulley for my 9-5 for under $20. In my 9-3 I use a Wazee. It's a little more expensive but if you replace the bearing only once it has paid for itself. For the lower pulley there is an equivalent that works from a V8 Chevy Van that is less than half the cost of the Saab part. I used it for a while but felt that the quality was not as good as the SAAB part so I eventually switched back and now keep it as a temporary spare. If you are interested in the part number I can dig through my notes to look it up.
