No you do not use antisieze on a critical suspension bolt. It will greatly influence the torque procedure. You did torque the rear bolts right? 81 Ft-Lb + 75 degrees.
As the instructions go the old threaded insert it NOT drilled out. It is pressed in from the factory. Tap it out the top. Simple. Bad idea to use the bushing inserts drilled for the upgrade bolts with a smaller one. I would not run it that way.
