Gradual battery drain/ no start

My battery seems to drain down to a point of not starting my '01 conv. My battery is 2 years old (75 month NAPA). I put a charger on and everything is fine for a week of moderate use. After a while I can tell the voltage is down while starting. My alternator is putting out 14 v. I guess it sounds like the battery. Any thoughts? In searching the archives I notice alot of covertibles have this problem.
