I keep getting a similar code on my 2002 9-3 Aero tooÉ tuned with Nordic Stage 4. I also run the GS 3" DP and race cat, mated to an Abbott Racing 3" Full exhaust. I ended up pulling the cat to have a look and its fine.
I find I get the code mostly after a longer sustained drive at cruise and never under throttle. I also clear the code by pulling the two ECU fuses (26 and 28 if I recall correctly).
I think the cause may be due to limited tolerances and that the 3" DP flows way more than what the stock DP does, and often throwing the code as the ECU thinks it is out of efficiency.
By all means take the DP off and check the cat, but if like me you will find it is fine and within spec.
You might like to turn off rear o2 sensor via t7Suite (if you have a tuned ECU via this system).
Get in touch with Nick at GS to see if he has any further tips!
And do report back if possible.
