I still think you are over reacting to what might be normal.
The pressure relieve cap is set so high (about 17-20 Psi) that if it actually release pressure, you have a serious problem.
If you can run the engine until cooling fan comes on and remove cap slowly without coolant spewing out, I don't think you have a problem, at least not a big one.
A compression test anyway will not show a minuscule head gasket breach that may pressurize cooling system. A leak down test will not show that either.
You might be able to pick a minuscule head gasket leak by using an exhaust leak test tube with blue dye in expansion tank and do several heat up runs and high rev runs to see if it detects any presence of exhaust fumes in coolant.
Also, after hard run on the streets and slowly opening the coolant cap, you might be able to sniff some exhaust fumes using your nose.
Is the low speed cooling fan working?
