I have the General Altimax HP (purchased from Tire Rack) on 3 cars including my 2001 Saab 9-3 convertible, a Lexus RX300 and a Chrysler Pacifica with between 3K and 10K miles in a wide variety of weather and road conditions. I really have nothing bad to say about them as they are quiet and ride well. Not a performance tire, but if your car is a daily driver like mine I think that they are worth considering.
