I can only address the rear speaker question as I have replaced my cv's rear speakers a couple of years ago. Do not pry off the grills the speakers are in metal enclosures so you need to remove the panels to get to them. There are a few fasteners that need to be removed mostly by removing the rear seat cushion and fold the seat back down. There is also one screw in the door jam by the seat belt that has a trim piece covering it. Some had suggested removing the upper seat belt mount. I did not do that I just pulled the trim pieces up so I could get the the metal enclosures. You can remove the enclosures and R & R the speakers. It has been a few years since I replaced mine and I am doing this from memory. It was not that hard and took about an hour or so.
I did not do the door speakers, and the dash speakers and very easy. Just carefully pry off the grills and replace them. The only problem is that there is not much room between the windshield and the speaker screw. I used a bit with an adjustable wrench or vice grips.
