I bought remote-keys from the UK and the dealer can't get the TWICE system to activate the remotes. The Transponders work - but not the remotes. After thinking about it for awhile, I remembered an old FCC statement on the remote for my 1992 Saab. Since FCC is a US Govt entity, I thought maybe the UK was subject to differnet rules and thus used a different remote. Anyone know for sure?

BTW - Thanks Larry West for the excellent FAQ on the electronic keys. Depending on the answer here, you may want to update it. One other point to note is that the Keys and Remotes could not be programmed to my car because the Seat Belt Warning light was out. Once I replaced the bulb the programming could work (except for the issue noted above).
