I don't have a lot of experience working on cars, but I had no problems installing the PCV #6 kit on my '01 base model last fall. Genuine Saab has the instructions in a PDF on their website, and I followed them almost exactly - with the exceptions that I didn't need to remove the positive alternator cable, and also didn't move the wiring harness on top of the engine. My way did make it a bit trickier to maneuver the new oil trap and hoses into position, but I didn't mind having to spend a little more of my own time.
Do you know which engine mount needs replacing? If it's the one attached to the transmission near the left wheel (which I figure is the most common one to break), it's not difficult to do following the procedure on Dmitry Platonoff's site as Pete mentioned. The bolts can be tricky to reach, so patience and a variety of ratchet extensions are required. I don't think Dmitry lowered the subframe to do any of the mounts, but again, it can be tricky to line things up that way.
