'99 9-3. Just replaced the entire front suspension; Knuckles, struts, springs, strut bearing, bellows, spacers, rubber spring mount, wheel bearings, tierod ends, control arms and new hydraulic inserts in the stanchion arms and intermidate shaft and bearing.

Good news. Steering wheel no longer vibrates at highway speeds and drives like new (Wife is delighted!)

Annoyance: Suspension clunks going over bumps and curbs.

Did a search on the BB and someone mentioned that they had to put spacing washers in the bottom of the strut mount (knuckle) as the new strut wiggled up and down in the strut. Is this a likely cause? I don't want to have to disassemble everything again. I reefed on the strut retaining nut with a big pipe wrench during assembly, so I think the retaining nut bottomed out on the threads, so no room for tightening further.

Any suggestions welcome!
