To be honest, I'm a little worried about cleaning it on the SE. It's been running fine (the car) and I don't want to create any problems....
Do they really go without any symptoms? How do you know when to replace yours?
The one I have on the SE is about 100k miles (not km) old. Perhaps I will just leave it for now as is, but I really would like to know any tell tale signs of it beginning to fail. I'd also suspect them to be as important to the SE as they are to the Viggen (?).
