Dealer replaced mine because car was misfiring. If there is no misfire. Why replace a component that is working correctly? And if replacing just because it has 100k miles. Why would you replace it with a used one? The last time I needed one for one of our customers I called my GM dealer for him to do a part search in their network and he found me two in VA. When SAAB dealer told me they were in National back order.
