The first time I took my wheels off they were very difficult to remove. PB Blaster didn't help at all, I had to heat them up with a propane torch, lay between the wheels, and kick them repeatedly. Once they were off, I used a brass bristled brush to remove the corrosion on the wheels and hubs, then spread a thin layer of Anti-seize on the hubs; never had a problem again. You may want to take the car for a good ride to get the wheels warm, then loosen the lugs up a bit, and take it for a ride, like Crawdad mentioned. You definitely want to get the wheels warmed up first though.
