PCV#6 Install Question

I installed PCV#6 in my recently purchased 2001 9-3SE yesterday. When it came time to remove the intake manifold support bar, or as they call it in the Saab Technical Bulletin (210-2418 ed. 4) the "stay for the intake
manifold", I found I didn't have one. The questions I have are, is there supposed to be one on that year (4 cylinder turbo), and if so, why would it be missing, and where could I get one? It would be a pain to try to get one from the boneyard (just trying to explain what I'm looking for could be difficult). I'm not getting any unusual vibrations.
Thanks.
