You will have to see if you can jump the fuel pump relay. Fuel pump relay sounds like its bad. Check the archive on this site and see what the proccedure is. If the car runs with starter fuild, I would think the ECU is fine. Your having a fuel problem as you well know. You just have to follow the voltage curcuit to the fuel pump. Just jumping the pin plug-in at where the fuel pump relay sits is a quick way to energize the pump. AMM or MAP sensor can also cause a NO start. Just have to do some more checks.
