Somewhat off topic, but I also have the pocket that goes above the single DIN aftermarket stereo to fill the hole in the dash. I got rid of the original cage that went with the stock radio. The pocket fits above my single DIN Pioneer, but it doesn't attach anywhere. Is that original cage needed to get the pocket to attach, and stay put? Right now my stereo and pocket look somewhat good, but aren't perfectly lined up and can be pushed back into the dash.
