the CE light is independent of the "time for service" warning on the SID. The TFS warning will go away on its own after a certain amount (can't remember how many) engine starts and stops.
The check engine light can be reset using an auto scan tool or by disconnecting the battery, BUT you need to get the code for why the CE light is on. Most auto parts places will pull the code for you, then bring the info back here, or just take it to a SAAB indy.
