these guys are BS artists, it's a fact of life and they'd just trying to make a living, no matter how missguided their efforts may be. The important thing is if it's a good car for you. If it is then who cares if you have to buy it from the devil himself? Good used Viggans are few and far between and if you miss out on a good one the only person you're hurting is yourself. I used to be a dealer and bought cars from slippery characters all the time, mainly because I knew they were good cars for me. Being vengeful with this guy won't bother him one bit, he'll just move on the the next potential buyer (I doubt there's 8)and will eventially sell it to someone. The real question is if it's a car you want.
