T5 will have red IDM (Ignition Discharge Module) The easiest way to tell if a car is T5 or T7 is that T5 has NO Mass Air Flow sensor.
So if you have a Mass Air Flow sensor on the Air Cleaner (Between Air filter housing and turbo inlet pipe), then it's a T7 and uses the black IDM
