never had stalls when hot. it was intermittent sometimes taking one more crank but lately 3-4 cranks. several times it got worse and took a couple of minutes to restart. These usually happened when the car had been drive 2-3 miles from cold and I would stop for gas, it wouldn't restart for several minutes. Then 2 days ago it just refused to start when cold. It never shut off when running and never had any trouble when running.

I have 2 DI cassettes one works perfectly. I switched to the other one which stalls/misfires with heavy boost but otherwise ran. That did not fix it.

I checked fuel pump fuse and it isn't blown and I did replace the fuel pump 20-30k ago. I haven't pulled a plug yet to make sure I'm getting fuel.

The car will sound like its about to catch but just never make it. I changed to platinum ngks from the 2006 9-3 about 6 months ago. But they ran great.

Like I said the dealer tech fixing my ac told me it was the DI cassette causing it, but his reasoning didn't make sense. I'm not sure if the Tech 2 gave him a fault code or he just thought that was the cause.
