Price seems to be in line with a genuine one and if it has the white sticker underneath I would think it is genuine.
Try a Techcron concentrate in the gas tank and a batch of Chevron high octane gas if not used already and maybe a set of new spark plugs after that.
After that it gets more tricky and you might have to hook up with someone having a Tech 2 scanner to look at air mass meter correction value during acceleration to see if it is something going on with that.
Smoke testing the complete intake system is another quick and good way to see if any air leaks are present.
