Interesting problem with my new 1999 9-3. The driver's window won't go down. I have done some searching here and it seems that the opposite problem is common where the window won't go up, but I could not find a post with my car's issue. I ordered some green rollers from a site sponsor but before I start pulling the door apart I was wondering if there are other parts I need to order. I doubt that the problem is a switch as I can hear the motor humming in the door and then a scary snapping sound after a few seconds. It is pretty cold outside, so I need to get on this before the thing crashes down.
