Remove the wiper arms, pull the plastic tray up, remove the cabin filter. Now you can see the blower motor and check it's plug. You can also jummper the fan motor to see if it is working. If, YES, then check the fan relay switch. Could also be the fan control knob. Just have to dig into a few checks. Fairly easy in these cars/years
