Engine vibration question for SWEDECAR

Hello Anders,
Since you have a shop I figured you may have come across this problem. I have a 2000 se with automatic transmission. I changed the timing and balance shaft chains and sprockets at 160000. I now have 190000 miles.
I have a bad vibration in the passenger compartment when I am sitting at idle with the trans in drive. If I put it into neutral it not nearly as bad. It is bad enough to make the headlamps shake. I replaced the engine mounts about a year ago and at one time it was very smooth and seemed to get progressively worse. I replaced all of the mounts again about two weeks ago and still have the problem (these are not OEM mounts). I also tried repositioning the exhaust. This is really driving me crazy. Is it possible that the balance shaft chain slipped a tooth, or the engine mounts are still the problem? Is it possible the harmonic balancer can cause this (though it does not appear to be worn). The engine runs strong and I dont think it is a misfire. Any ideas would be helpful. Thank you
Joe
