Yes it will be a direct replacement. I installed a B235R from an 01 Aero into my 01 Viggen. The ONLY differences were the oil pans, and the exhaust would not fit right. So I had to swap oil pans, no other changes were needed. There are a lot of B235E for sale. B235E is very similar to B235R, but does not have the sodium filled exhaust valves. Ensure the 8th digit of the donor car is a "G" to ensure it is a B235R
