Has anyone had problems using a scantech rear hydraulic mount in a 9-3 with auto transmission? I replaced my original 3 mounts with some I bought online. I think the hydraulic mount was a corteco or hutchinson. I was getting some minor shaking in the cabin when the fan kicked on and decided to replace the mounts again a year and a half later. This time the hydraulic mount was a scantech. The engine had a vibration that got worse over a period of 6 months and almost prompted me to remove the balance chain to see if they had slipped. I just changed back to the previous engine mount I took out and the vibration is minimal. The Scantech part is apparently the wrong material or design. My transmission is an 2000 9-3 automatic. Any comments are appreciated. I am now considering to purchase the factory mount but would like to know if there is a drastic improvement in doing so. Thanks all.
