I really would not worry about the PS until it goes. Even if it dies, you can still drive the car... it just steers harder. They also tend to make a lot of noise before they die (groaning when you turn) so you have plenty of time to buy one. Most of them last the life of the car. I suppose you could flush the fluid if you wanted to. I've never heard of anyone rebuilding one.
If you are in an area where there is salt on the roads in the Winter, you might want to replace the PS hose that goes from the pump to the rack. They rust out under the radiator.
If you haven't done the struts 7 shocks, I would. I prefer Konis as they are adjustable and improve ride as well as handling. Replace the zinc plates at the bottom of the springs, and the upper mounts if you like to play it safe. Also replace the washers at the top of the strut and the bearings. Check the rubber boots - if they are dried out, replace them. Your hydraulic bushings in the control arms are likely a bit worn - replacement of the lower arm will change the bushings and the ball joints all at the same time. Put in new sway bar links when you do the control arms. You could do the axles (tripod bearings and such) but most people wait for them to cause trouble. They can last a long time.
