You can't put an amp switch lead on to a power antenna output, unless you only want that amp to run while the radio is on, and be off while you want to listen to cd's, mp3's, etc. Honestly, if you don't have a dedicated switch lead from your stereo system, I would splice into the power lead (not the hot lead, but the ignition feed) for your radio, assuming that it needs a trigger from the ignition system to turn on. Sorry if that sounds confusing.
