'02 903SE vert...

Arg! Attempted garden-variety removal/inspection of IDM/DI cassette just now. Had my white grease spray and Torx30 screwdrier at the ready... very gently attempted to remove bolts. One came out with little resistance. The other 3? Snapped right off at first go at about the 4th thread... Yes, I can replace the IDM - the car will run... but this is short term - IDM held in by one bolt?.. sigh...I think not for long.

Searched threads but oddly found no reference to snapped IDM bolts. I think the moron who had this car before me must have had them put in with a chatter gun or else the cassette was never removed and the bolts rusted in place.

Can they be machined out? Or am I looking at buying a new head? Anyone? Any solutions? This is not looking pretty.
