As Ultimated said, there are lots of posts on changing the tranny fluid. Google this site with keywords transmission, fluid plug, that ought to do it.
My fluid preference was for the older 8745733 fluid, but it doesn't look like you can get it anymore. If you go to MTF0063 (and I highly recommend using one of the newer fluids), you will need to flush and fill. The older fluid didn't have as stringent a flush and fill procedure. See the genuinesaab.com tech library for some TSB's on the procedure for the flush and fill.
For motor oil, most of us run 5/30 synthetic in our turbos. Some guys like 0/40 in the Winter for easier flow when starting. The motor oil runs through the turbo, so the synthetic will take care of that.
For AF, you can use the Zerex G05. It's getting harder to find. You can get the offical Saab blue from the dealer for about what the local Car Quest stuck me for for G05 for another car I own.
