The balance shafts have their own chain, so that's not an issue. Everything also has TDC marks on it, so if you get anything off, you should be able to realign the crankshaft, balance shafts, and camshafts. If you take the balance shaft chain off, the balance shafts will move a little bit, but at TDC they don't move much. Mark the chain and the sprockets with some paint (I used a white paint marker) so you know how everything goes back together.
