You can't really bend to out, I'd guess you bent the shaft that is the inner tie rod. I'd replace it. You might as well do both sides, or purchase the poly bushings from GS and replace the bushing in the new one and the other one. You might want to check closely to see if the outer is worn before doing the job and replace those too if needed. It's an easy job, but you'll need an alignment afterwards. If your car is really old, you might have some work getting the adjuster screws out, but with some time in a vise they should come loose. You can replace those too if you are not scraping pennies. Put some antisieze on the adjuster screws before reassembly.
