AC Compressor - seizes, shreds serpentine belt. If you have an original AC compressor, keep a short belt on hand to do an emergency bypass on the road.
DIC - have a spare.
Fuel Pump - have a spare insert, and if you are OK raping your car, cut an access hole under the back seat for easy replacement.
Ball joints - inspect and replace control arms if any play.
MAF sensor - if running too lean can cause piston-destroying detonation. I've heard a mechanic with Tech2 can look at long term fuel trim in the ECU to verify good operation.
Turbo - I don't know ... can this cause catastrophic oil/coolant loss? I've never heard of anybody proactively rebuilding or replacing these, probably because of the cost.
