I am on my 3rd DIC. The first one went under warranty. The second one felt "funny" and I replaced it at ~160K.
When I removed the DIC, only 1 screw was tight. The others were not rattling loose, but not tight. However, I tightened all of them before the bad start occurred...
I am lost as to what it can be. The starter sounds normal. It is just that the engine takes a little longer to "pickup". The worrying thing is that this lag time is getting noticably longer over the last few weeks. Now, I have this cold-start dying problem...
