Simple, but a little time consuming. You can find a guide by Googling for this phrase "Oil Type, Oil Woes, Oil Pans, and all things Oil".
Basic process is remove lower shields; remove exhaust shield (9-3); downpipe; remove downpipe; remove front and middle subframe bolts'; use wood block to hold lever subframe down; remove flywheel cover; remove pan.
-You'll need some loctite anerobic sealant for the oil pan.
-Purchase new o-rings for the oil pickup tube (1) and for the oil delivery tube (2).
-Disconnect the oxy sensors and cut the cable ties so you can pull them down with the downpipe, While you have the pipe out, break them free and put some fresh anti-sieze on the threads for the future
- get fresh nuts for the three downpipe to turbo bolts
- break the subframe bolts free with the car on the ground, but reattach and torque with the car in the air
- mark the subframe before loosening so that it goes back in the same place.
