I have a 2001 SAAB 93 hatch back. The passenger side low beam is almost dead even if I swap out the lamp. The driver side low beam is just very dim. Both High Beams are perfect. I think I have a grounding problem. Any suggestions on the issue?
I used to run the car with the lights on 100% of the time. but I removed a fuse to turn off day time running lights recently.
