If it's the flex pipe (not the cat/downpipe flex) then just get a new one. Most people like to replace the clamps too. Saab exhaust systems are the easiest in the world to work on.
1. Jack car, put on stands
2. TIGHTEN the clamp bolts so they snap off
3. Clean the clamshell ends that remain with steel wool.
4. Install new pipe with new clamps. Tighten clamps. I like to use stainless bolts instead of what the clamps come with.
It will take longer to put the car up on stands and take it back down than it will to change a Saab flex pipe. If you find that the remaining ends are rough after step 3, put some hi-temp sealant on there in a VERY thin layers.
