Ok here goes some Christmas scolding.
This is a classic example in how providing all info at first will cut down on time to help.
If you flushed the clutch hydraulics and suspect that you might have gotten some air in the system and then have problems with the reverse gear, it is a fair chance that the air is the culprit.
It is very difficult to get air out of the system if you have managed to get it in there in the first place.
To make it worse, the brake master reservoir has to be filled almost to the brim for fluid to pour into the clutch chamber inside reservoir.
If you do get air into the clutch system, you have to bleed the system many many times with driving the car in between to get the heat up and make the air bubbles move to the bleed screw.
It is a stupid system where the bleed screw is not down by the clutch slave cylinder but further up so if you get air into the slave, that air has nowhere to go but has to work its way back up to the bleed screw.
The old 900 and 9000 were much better designed with the bleed screw inserted into the slave cylinder.
I hate when I get air into the clutch system when changing the fluid because it adds so many more minutes to my work so I try to keep the reservoir filled to the top when doing it and then siphon some off when I'm done.
